While the film wasn't very well received, nor did her performance, but the soundtrack of her Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You was able to reach the top of both singles and albums charts across the US for a period of time. She sold 44,000,000 copies. The same year that she welcomed her daughter Bobbi, Brown married Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. In 1996, her drug usage was well documented.
