Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American model and actress. Talent agents discovered her talent and urged her to go on a path as an actor or model. After some thought and debate her decision was to quit the college to pursue a career as entertainer. Her disappointment was by the role she played in the film Children of the Corn V Fields of Terror. She put in a lot of effort to improve her acting skills and performed in several films with low budgets to show her abilities. Her patience and her willpower proved fruitful. Her name was praised and she received high praise for her performance in the film Training Day after which her acting career began to take off. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 2 Fast 2 Fast and Furious Ghost Rider Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans Holy Motors, 2 Fast 2 Furious: Hitch Ghost Rider and Holy Motors.
